Sweat Your Way to Sexy Skin

No matter how much antiperspirant you slather on, getting sweaty is unavoidable during the summertime. Sweating isn’t as gross as you’d think though. In fact, this summer consider sweating your way to sexier skin. Exercising and building up a sweat can reap benefits for your skin. Here are a few reasons why sweating doesn’t stink:

Instant radiant, glow. When you exercise, your blood pumps harder and faster, bringing more oxygen to your skin’s surface. You’ll get an immediate glow that will make your summer tan shine.

No more wrinkles. Regular exercise will help boost collagen production in your skin, preventing wrinkles and sagging. The more collagen you have, the longer your skin will stay supple, firm and elastic.

Clear, smooth skin. Sweating opens up your pores and flushes out bad gunk that would otherwise create congestion (hello pimples!). The dirt, salt and other grimy culprits will still linger on your skin post-workout, so be sure to wipe down with a gentle cleansing wipe as soon as you can. Working out can also help to correct hormone imbalances that trigger adult acne.

So don’t be afraid to sweat in this summer heat!
