Bye Bye Blisters!
We’re all dying to slip into our new spring sandals, but after a long day of work, we’re dying to get out of them. Blisters have formed and they make our feet unbearably painful until they heal. We’ve gathered our best tips on how to deal with blisters, especially with a new season around the corner!
Blisters commonly occur after wearing new shoes – when the skin rubs against a part of the shoe that hasn’t yet formed around your foot. Even if the shoes fit, you can still expect a blister. It’s a good idea to wear the shoe around your house to identify sore spots and insert padding before you wear them all day. To prevent blisters, rub clear deodorant on the parts of your foot that are more prone to blisters and rubbing against your shoes. It helps serve as a barrier for your skin.
