You’re Getting Married! How to Get Perfect Wedding Day Skin

It shouldn’t be a surprise that all eyes will be on you—and your skin—on your wedding day. But making sure you have that soft, radiant glow when you walk down the aisle can be an overwhelming thought. When do you start your skincare routine? What products should you be using? Should you invest in Botox or other professional services?

Our certified team of skin care providers wants to help you look absolutely stunning when your wedding day arrives. Schedule an appointment four to six months prior to your wedding date so that we can get you on a skincare regimen that will make your skin glow in time for your special day.

Staying properly hydrated will also help your skin looks its best. It is recommended to drink six to eight glasses of water every day. This can be a hard habit to get into, especially if you’re used to sipping coffee in the mornings, but carrying a reusable water bottle can help you kick start your water routine.

Many brides also begin an exercise plan before their big day. Exercise will help pump oxygenated blood to the skin, giving you a fresh, youthful glow. Pair a cardio routine with Pilates or yoga, and you’ll be boosting collagen production for supple and firm skin.

Continue to see your skin care provider as your wedding day approaches, as they will want to track the progress of different products you might be using. Your skin care provider will also be able to make recommendations if you’re interested in getting microdermabrasion, chemical peels or oxygenated facials to make sure you’re positively glowing as you make your way down the aisle.
